The problem

Too many signings rest on highlight clips and reputation.

Clips show mechanics and big plays. They rarely show how a player makes decisions under pressure, takes feedback or fits the teammates around them.

So the market overpays for skills everyone can see and overlooks the ones that don't make a highlight reel. By the time a rising player is obvious, every org is calling.

How we work

From your brief to a shortlist in four steps.

  1. Your brief

    You tell us the role you need to fill and how your team plays.

  2. Official match data

    We work from game publishers' official match data to find the players and coaches whose numbers fit the role.

  3. Cognitive and non-cognitive assessment

    We assess how each candidate thinks and behaves in competition, beyond what the numbers show.

  4. Your shortlist

    You get a shortlist with a fit assessment for each candidate and what they're worth to your team.
