We combine official match data with cognitive and non-cognitive assessment, and we judge every candidate by how well they fit your team.

In Moneyball, a baseball team with a small budget competed with far richer teams by signing players the market undervalued. Esports recruitment has the same gap.

Some skills are overvalued because they show up in highlight clips. Others are overlooked because they don't. We look for players whose value to your team is higher than the price the market puts on them.

Our approach is built on ideas from behavioral economics and game theory.

What we measure

How they play, and how they think.

  • Official match data

    We start from the match data game publishers provide through their official APIs. Every candidate is measured from the same source, so the comparison is fair.

  • Cognitive and non-cognitive assessment

    We assess how each candidate thinks and behaves in competition, beyond what the numbers show.

What you receive

A shortlist, with what each candidate is worth to your team.

For each candidate, you get a fit assessment: how they match the role and the way your team plays, and what the match data and assessment show.

You also get our view of what each one is worth to your roster. It can sit well above or below their market price.

How an engagement runs

From your brief to the signing.

    We agree on the role, how your team plays and what a good signing looks like for you.

  2. Search

    We work through official match data to find the candidates whose numbers fit.

  3. Assessment

    For the candidates who fit, we add cognitive and non-cognitive assessment.

  4. Shortlist

    You get the shortlist, with a fit assessment and our view of what each candidate is worth to your team.

  5. Signing support

    Once you choose, we support you through the approach and the signing. We used to negotiate signings for players, so we know how the other side of the table thinks.

Your roster plans stay between us.

We never name the players and coaches we've worked with, and we treat your brief and your shortlist with the same discretion.
