We used to represent players. Now we work for the orgs that sign them.
Our story
We started on the player side of the table.
FOKUS began as a player agency. We represented players and coaches, found them teams and negotiated their signings with orgs such as G2 Esports, Barça eSports and CASE Esports.
To find talent early, we built our own scouting platform: official match data from game publishers, read together with cognitive and non-cognitive assessment. A coach we identified went on to win Spain's VALORANT Challengers title three times. An amateur roster we scouted was signed as a complete team to compete in Liga Radiante.
Today FOKUS no longer represents any player. Esports organizations hire us to find the players and coaches who fit their roster, and we work only for them.
Why we're neutral
We have no player to sell you.
A player's agent is paid by the player, so their advice follows the player's interests. We stopped representing players. The only side we work for is the org that hires us.
Our time on the player side still counts. We know how players and their agents approach a negotiation, because we used to be the ones negotiating.

Fit before fame
We judge every candidate on how they fit your roster. A famous name that doesn't fit is a bad signing.
Explain every pick
Every shortlist comes with a fit assessment for each candidate and what they're worth to your roster.
One side of the table
We work only for the org that hires us, and we don't represent players.
Discretion
We never name the players and coaches we've worked with, and we treat your roster plans the same way.
